This policy applies to the website certyfact.com. The Calonic app has its own Calonic privacy policy.

2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is served via Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit the pages, Google processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested address and information about your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure and functioning website. Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. It is based on Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not analyse this data ourselves or combine it with other data.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Simply write to mz@calonic.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
